Ridgewood

Overview

Living in Ridgewood

Ridgewood is the kind of place people set out to find and rarely leave. A formally designated Village in central Bergen County, it pairs a celebrated, genuinely walkable downtown along East Ridgewood Avenue with quiet, canopied residential streets just steps away. The result is a community that feels both lively and rooted, with a strong sense of place that has drawn families for generations.

The housing tells that story. Stately center-hall colonials, gracious Victorians, and Tudors sit on established lots, many within an easy stroll of the train, the shops, and the schools. It is a town defined as much by its front porches and sidewalks as by any single address, where everyday life happens on foot and neighbors actually know one another.

For sellers, Ridgewood's combination of walkability, architecture, and a direct rail commute is a rare and resilient draw. Buyers come here specifically, and presenting a home the way this market expects makes all the difference. Karina Quinto brings a warm, detail-driven, seller-first approach to every Ridgewood listing.
